On July 25, the 2024 Hydrogen Energy Specialized and New Enterprise Entrepreneurship Competition Finals and the Hydrogen Energy Specialized and New Industry Conference were held in Ejin Horo Banner. Attendees included: Academician Peng Suping of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and member of the Strategic Guidance Committee of the China Hydrogen Energy Alliance; Academician Zheng Nanfeng of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and member of the Strategic Guidance Committee of the China Hydrogen Energy Alliance and professor at Xiamen University; Xu Ziming, Director of the Energy Efficiency and Energy Storage Division of the Department of Science and Technology, National Energy Administration; Hu Chengdong, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Energy Bureau; Xu Longhai, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Tibet Autonomous Region Department of Economy and Information Technology; Wu Jianxun, Deputy Mayor of the Municipal People's Government; Liu Wei, Secretary-General of the China Hydrogen Energy Alliance and Director of the Hydrogen Energy Business Department of the State Power Investment Group; Wu Yun, Secretary of the Banner Committee; and Qiao Xiaojun, Deputy Secretary of the Banner Committee and Banner Head. Amoy Island Hydrogen Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "AihyTech") won the championship of the 2024 Hydrogen Energy Specialized and New Enterprise Entrepreneurship Competition.

The 2024 Hydrogen Energy Specialized and New Enterprise Entrepreneurship Competition was jointly guided by the national energy authorities, the Science and Technology Innovation Bureau of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and the Enterprise Innovation Service Center of the China Association for Science and Technology. It aims to actively implement the "Medium and Long-Term Plan for the Development of the Hydrogen Energy Industry (2021-2035)", strengthen the innovative status of hydrogen energy enterprises, optimize the technological innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, and inject new impetus into the cultivation of new hydrogen energy productivity.

After four months and three preliminary rounds, AihyTech stood out from hundreds of participating companies to enter the top 10. Chairman Tao Huabing delivered a competition report themed "Developing Affordable PEM Hydrogen Production Technology and Opening Up the Green Energy Circulation". Together with industry experts, colleagues, and members of the public, they analyzed the market prospects of the hydrogen energy field, introduced AihyTech's technological advantages and core products, unique business model, market progress, and company development plan, which received high recognition from the judges. After fierce competition, the company ultimately won the championship.

Entering the second half of 2024, AihyTech upgraded its development concept, supported by internationally leading anode technology and aiming for the cost reduction of PEM hydrogen production technology, it is committed to developing safe, efficient, and low-cost PEM hydrogen production equipment, opening up the "electricity-hydrogen-new petroleum" industrial chain, and resolving structural energy contradictions. Taking advantage of this conference, the company will continue to adhere to the cost reduction of hydrogen production and actively strengthen cooperation with upstream and downstream companies and expand market capacity, striving to become an international leader in the PEM hydrogen production field.
