Amoy Island Hydrogen (Xiamen) Technology Co., Ltd. leverages Xiamen University’s top electrochemical resources and the Tan Kah Kee Innovation Laboratory to establish a globally leading PEM electrolyzer R&D platform. The company focuses on PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production technology and holds over 50 core patents in the field. It is dedicated to providing advanced PEM hydrogen production equipment and integrated hydrogen energy solutions to customers worldwide. Its core product is the high-performance PEM electrolyzer, with a hydrogen production capacity ranging from 0 to 500 Nm³/h. The company’s product portfolio includes PEM hydrogen production equipment and advanced electrochemical testing instruments.
The company's testing instruments are the first in China to obtain CNAS certification in the field of PEM water electrolysis, and the products have obtained EU CE certification, which have been widely used in electrochemical testing work in universities and research institutions. The high-performance 100kW PEM electrolyzer has been highly evaluated by the science and technology achievement evaluation department, with electrochemical performance reaching the international advanced level. It is the first hydrogen production equipment in China to pass SIL-3 certification, and it has been selected as the first set of major technical equipment in the national energy field. It has now been applied in many renewable energy hydrogen production demonstration projects.
In 2024, Aihytech will continue to win bids for state-owned enterprises such as the National Energy Group and China Energy Construction Corporation. It has also won the championship of the 2024 Hydrogen Energy Specialization, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship Competition. Additionally, its low Iridium and high current density PEM electrolyzer has been selected into the promotion catalogue of new energy-saving products in the energy field of Fujian Province. Looking ahead, Aihytech will continue to deepen its expertise in PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production technology. The company is committed to advancing the affordability and scalability of hydrogen energy technology, contributing to the achievement of carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.
