Guofu Hydrogen Energy and Luda Hydrogen Energy join hands to open a new chapter in PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production

On February 3, a cooperation signing ceremony was held in Xiamen between Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Technology Equipment Co., Ltd. and Lu Dao Hydrogen Energy (Xiamen) Technology Co., Ltd. Guofu Hydrogen Energy Chairman Wu Pinfang and Lu Dao Hydrogen Energy Chairman Tao Huabing jointly signed the agreement.

Amoy Island Hydrogen Technology Co., Ltd., established in Xiamen, Fujian in April 2022, was founded by the proton exchange membrane (PEM) water electrolysis hydrogen production team of the Jiegao Innovation Laboratory. Leveraging the top electrochemical R&D resources and excellent platform advantages of Xiamen University and the Jiegao Innovation Laboratory, the company focuses on the R&D, design, production, and sales of key core membrane electrodes and catalyst materials, electrochemical testing instruments and meters, and high-performance PEM hydrogen production equipment technology. It possesses more than 30 core technology patents. The team's independently developed multi-channel PEM electrolyzer testing instrument and its testing methods were the first in China to pass CNAS certification and are widely used in university experimental teaching and electrochemical testing services; the high-performance industrial PEM electrolyzer was selected as the first major technological equipment in the national energy field in July 2023. Dr. Tao Huabing, the company founder, focuses on electrochemical reaction engineering, has more than ten years of technical experience, has built a strong R&D team, and has participated in the formulation of several national and group industry standards for PEM water electrolysis.

At the meeting, Guofu Hydrogen Energy Chairman Wu Pinfang, Lu Dao Hydrogen Energy Chairman Tao Huabing, and Yangyuan Investment Chairman Wen Yangdong discussed in detail the specific models, potential opportunities, and implementation details of the cooperation between the two parties in the field of PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production. According to the agreement, this cooperation aims to integrate the advantages of both parties in technology and industrial resources, share market opportunities, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. Guofu Hydrogen Energy will utilize its hydrogen production equipment industrialization capabilities and advantages in system and control integration to provide better application scenarios and work with Lu Dao Hydrogen Energy to promote the market application and development of PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production technology.

This cooperation will not only accelerate the industrialization process of PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production technology but also bring broader development opportunities and market share to both parties. Guofu Group and Lu Dao Hydrogen Energy will work together to create a new chapter for zero-carbon green hydrogen.
